The trust's main purpose is to provide for the education of the children who have rightful claims to being born in Sir Lowry's Pass Village. The Trust will provide for their education from pre-school all the way through to tertiary education.

The capital invested or paid over to the trust from the development will be a fixed asset of the trust and only interest income earned on the capital amount can be used for the purposes of meeting the aims of the trust. This is done in order to protect the capital investment for the future generations of the children that will be born in the Village and also to ensure that prudent financial management is provided by the Trustees.
