RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Rates are in ZAR.
- Rates include 14% VAT.
- Rates are per room based on 2 persons sharing.
- Luxury room is including breakfast, the self-catering apartment is excluding breakfast
- Extra bed, subject to availability at ZAR 400
- Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- A 100% deposit of full accommodation amount is payable upon reservation.
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 50% of full accommodation amount payable.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show full accommodation amount payable.
- If the cancellation is done more than 30 days before arrival we refund the entire deposit minus banking charges if applicable.
